 ess and strengthen our collective ability to prevent the commercial sexual
  exploitation of children (CSEC). We’ll explore the definition of CSEC\, r
 isk factors\, and signs and symptoms. There will be county-specific breako
 ut sessions where participants will discuss local services\, current pract
 ices\, and prevention strategies. This will be an opportunity to learn\, c
 onnect\, and share resources and approaches across our community.\n\n<b>Ab
 out our Presenters:</b>\n\nJuana Marquez is a Licensed Clinical Social Wor
 ker with 14 years of experience in the field of Child Welfare as a case wo
 rker (11) and supervisor (3). She currently supervises the forensic interv
 iewers at Redwood Children Center and is the centers Coordinator\, making 
 sure that all partners of the Multidisciplinary team are working together 
 to meet the needs of children and youth who are victims of abuse.  In 2025
 \, Juana joined the Human Trafficking Task Force\, started leading the CSE
 C Direct Services Committee\, and meets with the California of Social Serv
 ices to check in with the State on the work we are doing to prevent childr
 en from commercial sexual exploitation.\n\nHaley Mears is a child welfare 
 professional with 20 years of experience and currently serves as a Program
  Manager at Marin County Children & Family Services\, overseeing multiple 
 service units and coordinating the CSEC program. She specializes in cross-
 agency collaboration\, child welfare investigations\, worker safety\, and 
 trauma-informed\, culturally responsive practice. A bilingual Spanish-spea
 king leader\, Haley is passionate about equity and serving communities of 
 color through inclusive\, community-centered approaches. \n\nAndrea Scott 
 is a child welfare professional with more than 25 years of experience supp
 orting vulnerable children and families. She currently supervises the Cour
 t Unit at Marin County Children & Family Services and also serves as the a
 gency’s co‑CSEC Coordinator\, where she leads trauma‑informed\, collaborat
 ive efforts to protect and support youth impacted by exploitation. Andrea 
 is known for her steady leadership\, compassionate approach\, and strong c
 ommitment to promoting safety\, healing\, and long‑term stability for the
